Buttery Garlic Mash
Mashed potato is great however it’s made, but when we want a real treat we make it a little naughty with lots of garlicky butter.
|1 stick butter
|3 cloves garlic
|1 tbsp olive oil
- Chop the potatoes and boil as you would usually
- While the potatoes are cooking, in a small pan over low heat add the olive oil butter and cloves of garlic, leave the butter to melt and be infused with the garlic.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them, then pour in the garlic butter (including the garlic cloves) and mash till smooth.
